Hi, I'm Lucy! I am a multifaceted, multi-passionate mama with an overarching life focus on healing. 

In my coaching business, my main goal is to help people find freedom - not from - but IN their emotions. I help you learn to ride the wave, rather than drown in it. I also place a great focus on connection. We will talk about your connection to self, spirituality, and others. When we disconnect from our old emotional stories, we create space for true depth and connection. 

I have a special gift for helping people understand themselves and others. I love using astrology, attachment theory, and other tools to help couples see new opportunities and meanings in their relationships, and even in separations.

I don't have one "type" of client. I am happy to work with anyone if we decide we are a good fit! The people I feel most drawn to for individual 1:1 work are: young women who struggle with self image and depression, and men of all ages who struggle with intimacy and emotional literacy. 

My couples program is a great fit for all genders, sexualities, age groups, etc. My only requirement is that both parties desire to make a serious commitment to the work.
